Data collected when using our App
Partially we use external service providers to process your data. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are checked regularly.
If our service providers or partners are based in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will inform you of the consequences of this in the description of the offer.
With the use of this app personal data is collected and transferred to sprylabs technologies GmbH. Only the IP address of the terminal device used is recorded. No personalized data is collected, as no entitlement (login) is used within the app. The communication between the app and the server is encrypted via https. The IP addresses for the download requests are stored for 6 weeks (in order to be able to trace errors if necessary) and then automatically deleted.
This processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR in the legitimate interest of constantly analysing the use of our app with regard to its vulnerabilities and of being able to improve it regularly.

We solely collect those personal data your browser transmits to our server when you use our website for informational purposes only, without registering or transmitting information to us.

Integration of YouTube videos
We have included YouTube videos in our online offering, which are stored on and are directly playable from our website. The YouTube website is operated by YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (“YouTube”), a subsidiary of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. In the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland, the service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. These videos are all integrated in the “extended privacy mode”, which means that if you do not play the videos, you will not transfer any data about you as a user to YouTube. Only when you play the videos, the following data will be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transfer. (Legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR)

By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data referred to in the section entitled “Data Collected when you visit our website” of this Declaration will be transmitted. This happens regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account that you are logged in to, or if there is no user account. When you’re logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to associate with your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button.
